Policies

Payments & Deposits

  • A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. This in non-refundable and will be deducted from your service total on the day of your visit. 

  • The remainder of your total must be paid in CASH only. Debit/Credit transactions include 13% hst. 

  • All services are final sale and non-refundable. Please contact us within 3 days after your service should any mishaps occur. 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Changes to your appointment must be made 48 hours in advance in order to transfer your deposit to another date. 

  • Changes made within 48 hours is considered a last minute cancellation and will require a new deposit in order to reschedule.

  • Deposits are transferrable one time only. 

Late Policy & No-shows

  • Please contact us via Instagram or Text Message if you are running late to your appointment. 

  • After 15 minutes a late fee of $20 will be added to your service total. 

  • After 20 minutes your appointment may be cancelled at the discretion of the tech.

  • Failure to show up to your appointment without contacting us may result to being banned from booking in the future unless 50% of the missed appointment is paid.  

Removals & Refills

  • Arrive to your appointment with bare nails and/or lashes or add a removal to your service. Failure to notify us of a removal may result in cancellation at the discretion of the tech. 

  • We do not offer foreign fills in order to maintain the quality of our services.

  • Refills are available on work done by our techs only.
